University teams up with top ad agency
FCB/Tapsa links with the University of Nebrija to offer Masters.

Some people would say that you can't teach advertising, that it is almost an instinct. Nevertheless, opportunities to learn the skillsnecessary to survive in today's advertising world in a formal setting are increasingly common.

One such initiative is the masters course set up by the Spanish University of Nebrija, in conjunction with the leading ad agency, FCB/Tapsa.

The "Máster en Publicidad FCB/TAPSA" aimes to prepare participants to work procutively in advertising and media agencies and client marketing departments.

During the course, student must accumulate first-person experience in the offices of FCB/Tapsa in Madrid. At the end of the course, this practical experience can be extended to FCB offices elsewhere in Europe or the United States.

To ensure that the training conforms to the demands of today's advertising world, the course has been designed by FCB/Tapsa itself in collaboration with professors at the University of Nebrija.

The course is aimed, the University says, at graduates without experience coming from a number of specified courses, which include IT, communications and market research. All professores involved on the course have professional accrediation and the coursework will include workshops on real-life cases put together by FCB/Tapsa.
